I work from raw information they provide, interviews I conduct, and additional research. That’s how I know so much about the Emerald Necklace in Boston (see Simple Start, Complex Finish below). As is the norm for me, my work for them is very lightly edited—if at all—and assiduously presents HNTB’s clients as the heroes of their stories. Yes, assiduously is a $5 word, but sometimes a $5 word is called for.
